went home to Scotland to visit family and friends. 10 hrs sat in the car each way, with just music and food for company. Spent the week sitting and chatting with everyone, as they are either elderly or unwell, so coffee and cakes whilst no exercise. I hope to reverse this damage very soon. my walk to the polling station today involves a very steep hill, so that's a start!
