I feel there are two people inside of me. The junk food guy and the person I used to be. I so want to be the person I used to be. LOL. As if it's a reality. I have to live with myself today and understand junk food guy is real. He loves junk. I mean I love junk.

I am feeling inspired to rid myself of everything bad in my life. This includes poor decisions in health and nutrition. I need to get back to the person I created who was so awesome 10 years ago.

Help me people. Pray for me.
