@Clarabones9, it helps if you like chicken, turkey and fish. Grilled chicken breast has 25g of protein in a 3oz serving; not sure on the other two. I have to eat this way due to being gluten free and on a low fodmap diet. Fodmap diet is where I don’t eat foods that cause gas build up in my intestine’s and I don’t eat anything with soy or high fructose corn in it. Learning how to eat has been a battle; my success here has come from getting off my behind and move around. I was sedentary for nearly 3 years; didn’t walk at all. When I came here I had already started the process to change my life and started walking 3-5 a day.
