Keeping my daily calorie burn high. Unfortunately keeping my daily calorie intake higher so I am putting on weight.🤷‍♀️🙂

Nice to see you, Ade! Yeah.......I am going through an eating phase! There will come a point when I get fed up with it and get back on track. Gym and swim going well so that's something!

thank you , it's nice to speak to you again too . I kept my weight stable at 11 1/2 st after the push to 10st 7lb awhile back . from Monday I intend to push down to 10st then stay at around 10st 7 or 11 and just keep on training . all the best to you and yours

Nice one Anne, still burning off them calories each day. Keep it up, you're doing great. I wouldn't worry about the little weight gain. Sometimes the carbs and the water retention play a part when it comes to the weekly weigh-in. Keep up the great work.
