Last ditch effort to raise my pathetic protein intake for the day: cottage cheese (17g), lentils, and 2 eggs. Plus ginger ale because whoa boy did I make a mistake in putting cabbage in some of my meals this week, haha.

Cottage cheese is a great choice because it packs so much protein. You can blend it ( instead of milk) in just about anything ! Great job 😇
