There's a lot to be said for a little monotony sometimes. I've heard food variety can tend to encourage more eating. Mind you, I do love a varied diet, but it's nice to have some standard go-to meals as well

Yes, I've been doing the same thing. Last night I had Chicken breast with some rice and then blueberries to go with it. Had the same thing for lunch.
