As I'm working thru the 10th month in my weight loss/get fit journey, the exercise plan that has brought me so far now needs to be replaced by something a little more challenging. Last month I only had a 2 pound weight loss and I'm on track this month for the same. I'm a little scared to start my new program in March, but at the same time determined to do what it takes!
