I must be kind of slow but, thanks to Morticia, I finally figured out how to record a journal entry with photo.

Everybody keeps asking me how I maintain when Bill's such a good cook. The answer is: I record everything, exercise to some extent every day, and don't eat everything that Bill puts on the plate for dinner. We usually stretch it out to two dinners. So, you won't see me posting pictures of parsley salad with a slice of turkey. There'll be something more like this Creamy Dijon Chicken on orzo.

Oh, and I quit drinking except very occasionally, because I just lost my taste for it.

All of the diet sites are different so it's a steep learning curve when you have to move on. Back when I had to do diet counseling for my job I joined a bunch of sites and found then that none of them were exactly what I needed or wanted. I like this one the best as I like the people here. It's a melting pot. The meal looks delicious!! I have not had a drink in decades. Can't handle it any more. I'm a weenie.
