Ate some starchy carbs. That'll teach me. Dang water. Today will be a low cal day just because. I'm not concerned about the bump up, but bf is somewhere around 14% and I want to get to 12% before concentrating on mass gains.

I believe I have a lot of things sorted out down south. I'll know by the middle of next week if a new little plan might pay off. While it's a little plan, if I can pull it off it will make a huge difference with circumstances. Keep 'em coming. Thanks buddies.

Were the starchy carbs comfort foods? My tough friend be gentle with yourself, stick to your wise watch woods and remember your Fatsecret buddies and friends are pulling for you.

Ditto on the starchy carbs! Why do we do this to ourselves??? Today we will do better. One day at a time my friend. Glad things are looking better with your folks.

Nope. Changed my mind. No low cals today. I can feel the suffering on top of the emotional cr@p I'm going through right now. Time for the bulletproof.

Oh, some bulletproof sounds wonderful! There is no blender here in our little kitchenette, so no bulletproof for me until vacation is over. I miss it, but the beach makes up for it!!!

Stay the course

@Rhontique I don't put my bulletproof in a blender. I melt everything in the microwave, add my coffee and stir.

There's nothing wrong with changing your mind to improve. Have a good one...

Thanks, John. :) It wasn't a confession, just a statement of a necessity. I'll be fine. Rhon... When I go visit my folks in April my luggage will include my blender, hot plate, espresso pot, and my food scale. I have to keep my routines right now. Watcher, is that even possible? :D I won't do mine in a microwave when I'm traveling as I'll want the blender for my protein shakes.

@Northern Yes, it is possible as long as you don't add protein powder to it, adding protein powder causes it to just becomes a zapped gross out mess. Who wants to wash a blender every single day???Not me.

Thanks everyone. Hey watcher. Put the butter in the blender, pour the coffee in, let the butter melt, start the blender and pull the lid off while it's running and drop the protein powder in. Rinse blender under hot water.

@Northern OK, I'll try it tomorrow morning. Is a tablespoon of protein powder enough? Are you sure I'm not going to end up with bulletproof coffee all over me and my kitchen? I think I'll just remove the little cap from the blender top...

Hang in and I hope it all works out!

@warren et al, Thanks everyone. @Brenda Whether you're covered in coffee or not is dependant upon your skill level, so good luck. :) A tbsp? Serious? I use it to boost my protein intake. 30 gr. Actually, bpc is generally just the coffee and the fat in the morning. The theory is it continues to burn fat, but then it would by serum because you've ingested it and not fat stores that are being burned. Personally I try to keep carbs down first thing in the morning and if you check my breakfasts you'll see carbs, but they will actually be eaten around 10:30.

@Northern I deserve that for being so literal minded. :) Now I hate to ask this, what is bpc? Thanks for the explaination on the carbs. So 2 tablespoons of protein powder, yum, chocolate coffee will be served in the mornin'!

OK, I can't resist Brenda...bpc is a powerful muscle energizing agent consisting of "bullet proof coffee",
