Cool! Glad you checked out that site! I haven't done measurements myself for a while, I'll probably do them at the end of this month. The 97g sounds about right for you, as far as calculating total calories, it really depends on your current level of activity. I always point people to WebMD. They have a Personal Diet Evaluator tool that I like. It takes you through a questionnaire then gives you a neat little report based on your responses that I find is a better estimate than some number based solely on your weight (i.e. what FatSecret calculates). Might want to check it out.
