Had a huge setback with finding out in April that i have arthritis in my right hip, and has caused pain and discomfort in my upper right leg to the point i'm not sleeping right some nights/days and certainly couldn't go anywhere near a gym until i got this sorted. got my pain mostly under control as i still do have my bad days, but its something i gotta live with for the rest of my life now or unless it gets bad enough that i have a hip replacement.
