I am so excited that I have begun a Challenge for all the LCHF People...any and all is welcome to join but be warned it is not going to be an easy Challenge...But well worth it.. The target is 75% Fat, 20% Protein, 5% Carbs or Less. Lets work at it to see how close that we can get to those numbers. We will become Fat Burning Machines in three weeks if we can just stay the coarse...We will need to start logging in your food so you will not be guessing how much you are eating or your fat, protein and carbs are..No Guessing. In three weeks on this Challenge i expect to come out strong and healthy..my Diabetes and Blood pressure arrested.....I will be checking my blood pressure and my fasting blood sugar before this starts. FS has a lot of successful LCHF people with vast amounts of knowledge that I am hoping that they will be sharing comments with us on this Challenge...I do plan to write my Journal daily to keep interest up with tips along the way....With all the comments each day i am hoping to generate a lot of awareness to many other people that is on the side lines looking at this way of life. If this is some thing you have been considering this Challenge can be a great teaching tool for you...For the ones that join God Bless & Good Luck To You.

Thank you for the invite.! This shouldn't be to hard for me because I'm basicly already doing it. Thanx for the support and advice fred4win. Oh and tweety is my cats name lol.

Thank you for joining...i own 17 female cats that people throw away...we take all in and i love them...each has a different personality as you may be aware...Glad to know tweety is your buddy....and yes i have been following your postings for a long time now...you are amazing... and I see how great you are doing....I will also be looking for you to add comments and tips to help us on this challenge....voice of experience always nails it.

Right there with ya! I've lost 30 lbs in less than 3 months on keto, halfway to goal and feeling so much healthier and happier!

I have been stalled with minimal movement at all so Im tweaking just for this challenge. Lets do this
