Diario de Want2BFit, 03 nov. 09

I have a 5am workout planned and I'm still awake @ 1:35am. I just wanted to record my journal from yesteray that I didn't write b/c my arms kind of hurt lol. So this fitness thing is really agreeing with me so I'm having fun with it. I like that when I run w the dog I don't feel anything jiggling. I also noticed I can feel the muscle under the belly lol, hopefully soon it will be gone. The days of my diet/fitness being the main priority are kind of gone as I've now found a full-time job, but I'm still committed to reaching my goal by the end of the year. I really think it helps that I'm coaching, b/c the investment in my business is my body/health itself. I'm not a $$$ driven person so the business side kind of makes me nervous, but as I was explaining to my mother the products work. So even if I spend tons of $$$ on the products, I'm still bettering myself, so in the long run I can't go wrong. I'm in the best shape of my life and continuously striving to do better. I'm not just going to the gym to watch tv and 'phoning it in' as Jillian Michaels says on the treadmill/elliptical/whichever cardio machine. I choose/chose challenging programs, I'm lifting heavy, I actually like Dumbbell Lunges? I feel like a pod person, but I love it. I haven't felt like this, ever? I'm kind of learning to love myself and it's kind of exciting! Sorry for the rambling, I'm not even sure if this will make sense...Surprisingly I didn't take any pictures todayyy, but here's a skirt I ordered that I can't wait to wear. Maybe to a Xmas party? or on a date?
