Diario de ddrudd, 24 sep. 24

This week I’m trying to start every morning with a 30 minute rowing session, nothing intense, about the same level as going for a walk. So far it’s feeling good. I’ve never been much of a morning person but I actually like the feeling of moving my body before my brain has to wake up.

A few weeks ago I hit a new pull up PR of 7 reps, now I’m able to consistently hit 7 reps in my first set in each pull workout. As a 40 year old female who could never do pull ups even as a kid it has been a very awesome feeling to be able to reach these milestones.

Also have been starting to do ring dips. Working on getting full depth, getting there.
