Diario de wheredego, 18 sep. 11

I feel like I did pretty good this weekend. kept busy and active all day, both days, didn't blow my diet, and got some excercise in. P90x on saturday did me some good, 40 minutes got me like 1500kc then another 2+ hours of cutting grass yeilded a total of 2700. then today ran 4 laps burning 1700. This is according to my heart monitor watch thing. Which I'm pretty sure is one of the best investments i have made in the last while. I'm hoping for big numbers tomorrow.
