I am now on the Slow Carb Diet and it is the easiest thing ever! I am having more for breakfast and adding beans to my meals, but not much else has changed ... except ... now I get to eat whatever I want for 12 hours one day per week. And, the best part ... it includes and requires lots of carbs!! It is so much easier to skip things, when I know I will be able to have it in a few days ... if I still want it.
