I am working with a counselor to learn mindfulness. I am using an app called CALM to practice it.

Mindfulness helped stop a binge this morning. Mindfulness is hard to learn! It is like learning a new exercise for your brain.

It is only Day 3 and I haven't stabbed anyone with a celery stick yet. :)

I need to up my protein. I just haven't been in the mood to cook meat.

I'll try that. Anything beats my anxiety and my ADD. You can try alternative sources for your protein. It doesn't always have to involve meat.
