Another poor weekend diet wise. Just feeling low on motivation and energy. Felt terrible in the gym on Sat morning. But i did an hour and also did 2 hrs walking in the afternoon. Had 2 beers.
Sunday I did 2 hrs in the gym but felt horrible again and didnt do any walking. Then everything went out the window. No gym this morning either. Still have no energy
