You're doing fabulous! Being in a foreign country and knowing only a little of the language and your managing to lose 2.7 per week! Cut yourself some slack and remember you didn't gain it overnight and you won't lose it overnight either :D Keep up the great work. 

Thamks so much! that rocked! your a real sweatheart :)... i am getting used to being here but the language is a difficult barrier and when i can talk i cant always say the same things in the same way i would at home becuase people here think so differently. i am pushing at the weight and things are evening out but so far to go. take care and thanks!
