weighed inthis morning and i think my scale must be off. it says i weigh less today. i have removed calories from my diet butno so much as to loose weight this quickly. i will check at work. i am doing ok and trying not to give in to temptation. i have to go with what works for me and stay away from binge foods...yesteray a gir from work left a chocolate onmy desk and i was so tempted to eat it and justify it, but i didnt. i threw it out. my one vice are the latte bars, i could eat 4 or 5 a day!!! at 90 calories each i am getting calcium and fiber woohoo!! but i figure two a day...i get my sugar fix which i greatly need. i have ot get more imitation crab meat. thats my huge dinner with a lot ofbalsamic vinegar and chopped salad...texture, salt..good stuff. now if i can just find a really good popcorn butter alternative...
