I tried the green shakes this week for breakfast. It did give me energy and I sleep great at night, not sure if it was the shakes or working out that helped with that but figured I'd mention it. One thing I dont like is that my stomach was puffed up. The shake in the mourning would keep me full most of the day but my stomach was huge. I read some stuff about humans arent suppose to be vegitarians unless we want to look like apes with little brains and big stomaches. Maybe they have a point there. No more shakes for me. I had fat free yogurt this mourning instead.
