October 4 This is a big month for me. I got tired of waking up and feeling terrible and unmotivated. I made a choice to quit smoking on October 1. So far its been almost 4 days. My sister in law and I joined a gym, Club Fitness September 29. I have been going there almost every day. I love it, and so glad I joined. I dont even mind going by myself. I have gotten so much support from the people around me, and I feel very lucky to have such great friends. I have a problem with eating. This is going to be a big hurdle for me. I dont like to eat, and often have gone for a few days at a time hardly eating at all. Im hoping that with my quitting smoking and joining a gym, will help me with that.
