Diario de loosinisfun, 21 nov. 09

goooooooood mornin everyone...foggy again this mornin and 41 at the moment...alittle warmer today then yesterday...just got home from a morning workout..when i first woke up had thought about takin the day off, but the more i thought about how the scales was readin down ...i decided if i wanted to get it off an bck down again..then i needed the workout...was just down like .2 from yesterday but il take whatever i can get...spent yesterday going to walmart, an to the store with mom...we was comparin products an how much sugar an carbs was in them...sometimes i think it surprises mom when she picks somethin up an i tell her that there are better things she could be eating then what she picks up...i look at the labels on everything..less its a regular thing that goes in the cart..i have gotten off the cookies an the sherbert...so thats alot of sugar i no longer eat on a regular basis...little tweaks here an there to improve my healthier eating habits...gotta drive outta town again today...hate bein on the road so much...rather be home an just enjoyin the day....but tomow is my day off once again...been takin off about every 2-3 days to rest an then hit the gym hard ..seems to be workin well for me..gives my body a day off to rest...well need to get up an go an drink a protein shake to get some energy back in this body...an then....????..o yeah the floor for some cruches...lol...have a greattttttttt day everyone...

I'm glad you have found a schedule / plan that works for you! Awesome! Yes, every .2 counts ... just think if you had that loss every day! Gee, that's over 70 pounds a year! I know it is hard to look at the big picture when you work so hard daily by eating healthier and working out. But you need to hang in there! You are doing fabulous! Keep it up!
