Workouts #2 and 3 of 2016. Both running, both abbreviated. My endurance is definitely down. #2 had front left hip pain about 12:23 in, at start of major downhill. Did I pull something? It felt better when I put pressure on it, although that was hard. I did some backward walking to stretch it out. It felt better by the end of the run, but not 100%, for sure. Slow, easy, stopped stretch seemed to help. #3 was about 23 minutes of running, 37 minutes overall.
