Today I did not eat junk food. This is the first day so I'm kind of watching everything I eat. I did get into a situation at fishing that I didn't have anything to eat (as I planned) but then I ended up eating protein and all was ok. Will take my sugar tonite and see how I did today.Yesterday I had 159 carbs and a sugary snowcone. Not good, was high. Today I tried to work with my sweet tooth through teas and fruit. We'll see how this goes. Well, I walked. Ate 4 small fudge covered Ritz crackers. Walked 1.5 miles. Took my pills. Will check sugar in a 1/2 hour. Also, drank 64 oz water, went fishing with my husband and will probably finish up the cleaning from the weekend. Still under calories but that's it for the week!144
