I restarted induction 3 days ago and should have lost weight. Went down a couple of pounds than up a pound. Getting super frustrated!!! My stubborn body loves hovering around 176-178. Thinking of doing Fat Fast for a few days (maybe the easy cream cheese fat fast) Or should I do a water fast? I love induction because I have no cravings. (I know, give up dairy) : ( Help! I'm drowning in frustration over here!

FloridaAngel my last plateau lasted two weeks before the scale moved. And I was literally doing everything by the book, no cheat eating no nothing. The weight comes off if you stick with your plan. Today for example I might try and eat straight up protein this evening and limited calories plus nothing else in hopes to get back to my early weekend weigh in. Good luck hope you get a breakthrough.

Hmmm...when I gave up most dairy (except butter and eggs) and all grains, I moved down.

push thru it. I "restarted" last wednesday and only lost 1 lbs this week. If you done induction before , it will take a little longer to get started. Stay hydrated, make some fat bombs and add some cardio.

the only dairy I eat is Butter (4 to 6 Tbsp a day), Cream cheese (2 to 3 Oz. A DAY) or Heavy whipping cream(2 Tsp a day). Those are three of my fat sources. I wont do without them. lol

If you are still having a problem with a weight stall. Try doing a 2 day water/coffee fast to break homeostasis. It could be just the thing you need to break through the wall.
