i wanna run a marathon. not only do i want to run, i want to win. I know marathons arn't super competitive, but i have been a fat guy my whole life. and for once i would like to be faster than someone else. watch out grandpa! on your left!


also, i want to put an asterik next to today's workout. after my 30 minute run, my watch/ heart monitor read 2000+ cal burned where it would normally read around 800, 1000+ afer my cool down and shower. i put it in my exercise journal, but i seriously doubt i actually burned that much. in further news, i bought a bike, and starting tomorrow will be peddeling to work. I did it twice this weekend, both times took less than 13 minutes and barely broke a sweat. with the original seat, i couldn't sit down for a while, but time and a new big seat for my fat ass fixed that problem. so we'll see how this goes....
