Diario de loosinisfun, 10 oct. 11

gooooooooood mornin...not sure what my plans are for today...just took a day off yesterday an rested..the weather here coool in the mornings 50 and then warming up to 80s thru the day...hate having to wear long sleeves in the mornings an then back into a tshirt in the afternoons....i do plan on getting a morning walk in later today...might be in the park..not sure yet...jean shorts i have been wearing all summer are gettin looser...ive lost enough that i can tighten the belt by a notch...just means those 40 inch jeans are getting closer to fitting ...they fit fine now...just not comfy when i button them...lol...i keep tryin them on...but im guessin once i get to 285 then mabye the button will be easier...just so hard to believe im this close to hitting my next mini goal...seems like its taken forever to get below my 300....i had really almost gave up several times when i got to 300 and the weight just wouldnt budge...but i kept tellin myslf i didnt come this far just to give up on myslf...giving up is the easy way out of anything...and thats not me...i have to figure it out for myslf...well...need to make the bed...fix breakfast and gonna weigh in...im guessin its the same since i didnt exercise yesterday....o well...my body needed a break to...have a greatttttttttt one...

thanks bren and fledgist...i know that this lifestyle change is for the betterment of my life...with food made the way it is now...for people on the go...fixing food ahead and sticking with a routine does get old from time to time..and so easy to go back to old habits...as for my body being in great shape...well...lets say its in better shape then it was when i weighed in at 375 back in 07....thanks again...

thanks veggies and javadali...so easy just to give up and go back to old habits...but im one of those people that just doesnt give up that easy...i can remember loosing weight in past years...and seeing the expression on an xgirlfriends and her sisters face when i walked in a store they was in...it was like wow...where did all that weight go...i just smiled an kept walking...i smiled inside an left the store...this time getting the weight off is for me..being healthier and enjoying walking is for me..im worth it....
