Diario de loosinisfun, 25 nov. 09

gooooood mornin...another day off from the gym..had planned to go if i felt like it this mornin, but at 2am was up to take some meds for sinus infection an decided then another day off might be the way to go...when i got up little bit ago i did think about going, but then decided takin another day off would give me more rest an when i did go id be fully rested an ready to burn more calories off...been sleepin more then usual, but guess thats all part of bein sick...when i went to see the doctor yesterday ..nurse made the comment that i must be sick, as they hardly ever see me...an we just laughed about it..well...might go an lay back down just got up, but just not alot of energy...have a greattttttt day

Do take care and make sure you drink a lot of liquids (water/juice). Hope you feel better soon! Sinus stuff can hang on for quite awhile. Have a restful day!

thanks javadali...been layin around hatin every bit of it..lol...been drinkin my fluids even orange juice for the vitamin c in it..hopefully will feel better tomow so i can get bck to workin out at the gym...
