The next 2 days are going to be hard for m3. In the plan I have chosen the first week is carb deplete and restrictive. I have to say I do miss the carbs. I took a survey I saw and after answering the questions the result said my biggest stumbling block is carbs.
I knew that but continues to ignore that and gain weight. That has only made me feel physically miserable and mad at myself.
I have set my mind that I am not going to live the rest of my life as a miserable unhealthy person.
I can do this!

I too am on a very restrictive low carb/ damn near no carb diet in conjunction with an appetite suppressant maxing at 1300 calories a day.. you can do this.. lots and lots of veggies with protein.. at least 4 times a day- tons of water. You can do this. The first week is the hardest, but you can do it.. I am right here with you!!
