Diario de loosinisfun, 11 oct. 11

goooooooooood mornin...my body just never knows whats in store for it...yesterday....went to friends house and showed her how to set fonts in notepad so that she could read them easier...then we played wii...played golf and bowling...cool way to get some exercise an not really look at it as exercise...after that went for a 3 mile walk....came back to moms from walk...was sittin in chair thinkin...hmmm this afternoon will just find time an take a nappy...well...that didnt happen....brian called an asked if i wanted to help him in the afternoon...i asked what he was gonna do...he was painting his aunts house an needed someone to scrape the garage door...i told him scrapping wasnt one of my favorite jobs....he sugar coated it..o it wont be that bad....yeah right....makes mental note to self...when brian doesnt want to do it...theres a reason behind that...garage door was a wooden door....wood...was seperating ...door was crying to be shot an put out in garage door heaven....i spent 3 hours being patient with it an doing the best i could at scrapping off the white paint...what was left of it..as i was scrapping...i kept getting back spasms....not a good thing...GUESS I WAS TIRED BRIAN...lol...when i finally got home...took an aleve..got on heating pad and just let my back have the rest it needed...slept 8 hours last night...didnt even get up to p...thats not to say i didnt wake up once or twice an think about it...but sleep was more important that wetting the bed...lol...well...now its time to get up an going once again today....today is store day...and doing errands i couldnt get done yesterday cause most people had the day off...just another day to me....have a greatttttttttt one...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS FROM THE DAY BEFORE!!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. EXERCISE...PUSH THE WORKOUTS....KEEP INCREASING THE EXERCISE !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. DO THE BEST YOU CAN DO EVERYDAY !!!!!!
10. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE

Loved this journal..LOL about the door needing to be shot...tell Brian he needs to get a fiber glass one next time..no need to paint or scrap ever again...have a great day buddy....
