Sorry I'm on here so late - had 2 busy days in a row.

Wanted to thank everyone for your response to my journals. I've been trying to incorporate some of your ideas and it seems to be working.

Morning, Buffy...just getting caught up. I have times like that myself. Have you tried drinking some hot tea? Many times that helps me, since it is hot, and I have to sip it. Another good one is chicken boullion. It is filling and satisfying with the calories or carbs. Have a great day!
