Is this the weekend for backsliding? I finished off my last urge with some Carl's Jr. Burgers- yes I ate 2, but they were low carb lettuce wrapped, but that teriyaki sauce on one, smokehouse sauce on the other can't be too Carb friendly :-( but they were great! Scared to go in the scale the past few days. I don't want to believe what I gained in 4 days time! Tomorrow starts fresh, LCHF and strict!

Thanks guys! Tomorrow never comes until it's too late, but it's only pounds...and those can melt right off me! I have the right attitude this time, the pounds WILL melt off!

Putting off weigh ins is not the way to go. Get on the scales, and if the result is disappointing just bite the bullet and move on.

If you see a quick spike in weight it's probably just water. It'll drop off soon enough. Keep climbing!

Don't sweat it. It's good to have a day of excess calories every once in a while. It helps to maintain your body's metabolism in the long run.

Thanks my buddies... Went on the scale, only up 2 pounds- I'll take it! Yes, back to staying on track, back to LCHF, it's a Sunday, a great day to start fresh again!
