I've been doing well so far this week - eating healthy, getting my energy back but not feeling hungry at any point, except when I wake up. But I messed up this morning by leaving my green juice in the fridge by accident. So here I am at work with coffee and yogurt, which aren't part of my challenge. The yogurt is full of sugar and the coffee has no nutritional value. Feeling disappointed about that.

Snack trail mix - cashews, dried cherries, chocolate-covered raisins
Lunch chicken & quinoa casserole
Dinner stuffed bell pepper (taco meat, Spanish rice, onions, yellow bell pepper) seltzer water
Exercise none, too tired
