Workout #4 of 2016 yesterday. Standard run attempted. Hurt front left hip again. Sore next day. Trouble walking. Again, I hurt it when there was some upward unevenness. So, the left foot could not push down as far as expected. This contrasts with the hamstring injury about 5 years ago, which was from the ground being lower than expected for a step. So, lower ground, back of leg, higher ground, front of leg. Is that a pattern? The sidewalk was not much higher though. It was at the beginning of the school sidewalk, near the parked cop car.
