I feel kind of blah today and not really hungry. I ate some mixed nuts and felt really badly after it. Perhaps another food I should limit. I spoke with my health coach about my fatigue. She said I really should cut down on my sugar. I think it makes sense. It will be difficult but I must try to do it. Let's see! Feeling better both physically and mentally is very important to me.
Checking my diet calender, I must watch my intake of carbs. Always a struggle for me. Also, I want to eat much more fresh, organic foods. Always better.
