I dont care what the scale says. I'm feeling better then ever, Im watching what I eat and Im working out everyday. Maybe I'm gaining muscle with the weight lifting. I just want to be healthy that scale CAN BITE ME. I'll be weighing in today but I'm not expecting much of a drop cause that stupid scale doesnt like me. My body is complicated. She will follow along with the rutine soon cause Im starting back to derby on MONDAY and that will definately kick the weight loss into gear.
