Day 56 of 60.
Still on track after four days. The stressor that has been driving me crazy for the past few weeks is very nearly resolved, so I'm thinking things are looking up. Then I get hit with a new one that literally took my breath away. I've been trying to keep from hyperventilating all evening. It could turn out to be nothing, but it could also be a very significant problem. (I don't mean to be mysterious, but it's not something I want to share with the public right now.) The good news is that it completely took away my appetite.
On a happier note, our older son, who graduates from dental school in the spring, got his posting for his residency this afternoon. It wasn't his first choice, but it was a very close second, so we're all very proud of him.
I'm off to bed early tonight, hoping that sleep will be a refuge from the anxiety I'm dealing with. Maybe it will all look better in the morning.
