So far I have had a good week on keeping on track. Early in the week I had some business travel so it was hard to eat right and record my food intake, but I did OK. Yesterday because of my schedule I had to pass on the gym. I find that my diet and exercise work very closely together, and both are very important to help me reach my goal.
Tomorrow is my birthday so there will be lots of celebrating, plus a few extra calories. What beer pairs well with birthday cake? But then Sunday is a scheduled gym day for me so I will need to spend even more time to sweat out the evil from the day before. Best of luck to all of us who on this life's journey.
