Diario de loosinisfun, 21 oct. 11

gooooooood mornin...rain is over...cold temps are here...41 with a wind chill of 37...but will drop some more by the time 7am gets here...brrrrr...hate getting use to this time of year...just means layering up and putting more clothes on to go outside...did get a morning walk in yesterday but after lunch went road trippin with brian...he had places to drive to and didnt want to talk to himself so i went to pick on him...lol...not sure what today holds yet...i ate 2 pieces of bread yesterday an you can see the results on the scales this morning....not pretty, but now that i see the results im mad at myself for giving into temptations...todays a new day with better choices...forgive myslf for messing up an moving on...im sure its not just the bread...might be my body catching up with all the loss as well...should see results again in a day or 2....well...haveeeeeee a greatttttttttttttt friday....



MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. FOCUS ON FS MENU CHART AN CRUNCH THE NUMBERS TO GET THE BEST RESULTS !!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH YOUR TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. AS YOUR GOALS GET CLOSER..PUSH THE WORKOUTS....YOUR BODY IS USE TO THE SAME WORKOUTS !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU EXERCISE, EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND YOUR WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG TRY AND DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
10. FORGIVE YOURSELF WHEN YOU MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!

thanks glenn...im sure we all could do better...but you have to look back at where you was before fs....and all the old habits you had before fs and how you have changed for the better....we have all came along ways to being a healthier person both inside and outside....have a greattttttt friday glenn

You are doing great Loosin! As you say, Your body is probably adjusting ... Bread does that to me too! I swear I can put on 2 pounds just passing the bakery! So, hang in there! With your activity and knowing your body, you will see the results you want! Have a great day and stay warm! I believe cold weather is suppose to speed up the metabolism ... That's a good thing, right? ;-) Happy Friday!!!

You are so right Loosin we have all come a long way..our thoughts have changed..one for me was to forgive my self and not be so hard on my self...it used to be all or nothing...Have a great Friday your self buddy...☺

THANKS jav and bren....its like your doing so good..whats a piece of bread gonna do...but it also could be my body saying all that loss....gotta make you work harder...just another day of refocusing an getting back into the habit...

thanks fledgist...i read that using affirmations and putting them somewhere that you can see them thru the day was the best way to change....
