Diario de loosinisfun, 25 oct. 11

gooooooooood tuesday mornin...just got back from a morning walk around town...decided this mornin when i woke up just to go for a walk in town instead of drivin to the park...60 min walk...3.02 miles...6675 in steps so far...but more to come..today is one of the store days so will get a few more steps in there...need to get back in the habit of walkin every day ...even them cooler mornings...44 this morning...dressed warmer then i should have...but with a light breeze...was glad...another fast week already..tomow it will be half over...todays plan is to mow the leaves...grass is pretty well done growing for the season, but might go over it just to mow the leaves and to have an exercise to do this afternoon...not really sure yet...just ready to rock an roll...an to early to do much of anything yet...lol...well...have a greattttttt one...

MY AFFIRMATIONS FOR ME TO FOCUS ON DAILY TO STAY ON TRACK!!!!

1. USING THE FS MENU CHART IS A GREAT WAY OF TRACKING WHAT I EAT OR AM GONNA EAT !!!!!
2. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
3. AS MY GOALS GET CLOSER..CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY IS USE TO THE SAME WORKOUTS !!!!!
4. DEPENDING ON WHEN I EXERCISE, I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, THEN AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. THE IDEA FOR ME IS TO KEEP MY CALORIE COUNT DOWN TO 300 CALORIES PER MEAL
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. DOING HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
10. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!

good going loosin' - I got off of Atkins as they had ladies' only posting sites, it is bad enough there are no men on there as it is... hope you have a good day and reach your goal weight, your scale does seem to be going down...
