I have been recooperating from a left total knee replacement back in Feb 2016. I started attending the fitness center here 7 weeks ago. My weight is still at 237. I work out three times a week doing the following exercises: 15 min on the NU Step machine, 15-30 min in the bicycle. And then 11 laps around the fitness gym. 11 laps makes one mile. I have done this as well work in exercise machines. I can tell I have lost inches but the scales refuse to move! This is SO frustrating for me.
