Nearly forgot to make my entry for today for the challenge.

Quiet day but lots of commitments after church. Up early and so I ended up eating more throughout the day. With no dedicated exercise, that could be a problem but a later day weighing had me lower than I'd typically be for that time of day. Who knows what tomorrow will bring, but the good news is that I don't have to weigh-in then.

Off to bed to get the sleep I didn't get this AM :)
