1 lb away from my first goal - lose 5 lbs by Halloween. Yes, I know that Halloween is already over. But, I'm not getting discouraged. I know I can lose one more lb this week. Then on to my next goal - 10 lbs by Thanksgiving. I'm not so sure that one's as do-able, but once I reach this first goal I think I'll be more motivated to bust my butt and get going on this!
