Diario de loosinisfun, 03 nov. 11

gooooooood mornin...rain is knockin on the door step this morning...so my feet get a break today from walking...they need it...13764 in steps yesterday...new shoes are breakin in my feet..had to change shoes at lunch...feet just couldnt take any more...yesterday morning was busy..with a morning walk, then a store, then walmart, came home to eat lunch...then to park for a short walk...feet was sore by then an temps that had been in the 70s was cooling off...by the time it got to be supper time...i was tired an making unwise choices on eating...thought healthy, but hands just picked what was convient....sooooooo.....a day of rest for my tired feet...well no rest, but no morning walk either...headed out to brians to work inside today...moving stuff around in his garage to make room for cars for the winter....well...have a great one...

like glennm said in his journal there was a news release yesterday that resveratrol is good for workin the weight off....i was reading an article about it this morning ...resveratrol reviews ....i use vitacost.com for most of my purchases...as its cheaper on alot of things i use to get at gnc...but now i guess i will have to look into the site they recommend...

Wow! That's a lot of steps!! And in new shoes yet! I got new walking shoes last weekend but have been breaking them in easy. I'm a whimp... ;-) also forgetful since I forgot the new battery for my pedometer. It is easy to go for convenience when you are tired. Don't beat yourself up for it, maybe you really didn't do that bad. Have a great day and I hope your feet are feeling better!
