Talked with Coach Mary yesterday and committed to tracking food intake until our next meeting, 9:30 am, Tuesday, August 9th, a SMART goal, in addition to cutting way back on Diet Coke. Considering overachieving and adding a three-mile walk every day; wondering why I wouldn't be content with adding a 30-minute walk every day.
