Diario de loosinisfun, 04 nov. 11

gooooooooood morning...all them steps an my knee feels puffy...not a good thing...was at brians most of yesterday helpin him move stuff so he could get his wifes summer car put away for the winter...not really a summer car...its one she was driving an they decided to restore it...so needed to clean out the barn so they could park an cover it...was a busy day doing that...only 2525 in steps...was surprised to see that many steps just from moving around...well...not sure what im gonna do today...brian called at 8pm last night...but i was already in bed an almost asleep....so will have to call him in a few...an see what he needed...had planned on just takin the day off an giving my knee a break....no walk today...

Hope your knee feels better! I know if I dance too much my knee gets real sore in the back. Takes the body couple of days even though the mind is ready to go again! Take care !
