2015 Workout #5. Splits ~11/18.08/28.05/~40 home, 1:09 overall. 20 minutes of running, then 49 minutes of walking. So, last 2 splits are 90% walking. Good walk. Lots to think about. No hip injury, only tiny hip pain near end when walking sideways, which stretches the hip. About 238 LB.
