Bought a scale. Based on reviews and recommendations, I got the EatSmart Precision Bathroom scale. Now, I'm just terrified that it will make me weight more than I do on my analog scale. I guess for the first time, I will be posting a gain. The scale at the gym is about 3 pounds higher than the one I use at home. I should get my new scale in the mail today. Kinda excited.
I also got a body fat analyzer thingy. It was a total impulse purchase and I may just return it as soon as it gets here.
Anyhoo, I talked myself out of working out this morning. Got to the gym, got my swimsuit on, walked down to the pool -- and every lane had 2 or more people in it. That's never happened. Well, I hate sharing with three people because you have to swim in a circuit and kinda at the same pace as everyone else and it's nerve wracking. So, I hung out in the steam room and hot tub. I'm playing soccer tonight, so I will still get in a great workout today.
