Feeling so much better today even though I'm having a flare up due to eating grilled (charred) food. Only common thing since my last one. I did so much activity Sunday that yesterday I was completely exhausted all day. Today is a new day. Also my daughters 10th b-day today! Feeling great in my new dress too :) Goes all the way to the floor. Very comfy.

Mmm. Charred food. Love them carcinogenic denatured proteins. The scientist in me says they're evil; the carnivore in me doesn't care. My club-wielding carnivore self slaughters, chars, and eats my wimpy scientist self. Thanks for the compliments!((Blushing)) I love charred food too but think it's best for me not to eat it anymore :( I'm more in danger of cancer too having u.c.
